It takes around three months for eggs to mature. You need to plan a diet at least 3 months before egg collection. You need to get Omega 3, Zinc, and Anti-oxidants to improve egg quality.

Fish and seafood, plant oils; nuts and seeds are a good source of Omega 3.

There is a big list of foods that are rich in zinc- poultry, eggs, seafood, lentils, nuts, red meat, etc., You can consider any food that is rich in zinc.

Foods for antioxidants are strawberries, blueberries, Beans, Raspberries, and spinach. There are many other foods for zinc.

Diet to Keep Your Menstrual Cycle Regular:

Usually, your IVF doctor will tell you how to maintain a regular menstrual cycle.
